The food at Krystal on Peach Orchard Rd in Augusta GA was better that the last we got in Statesboro but only one girl was working the front and the window. So it took a while to get out food.

Went around 10 pm on December 28th to grab food, Noone responded at intercom then drove around seen an employee talking to another not even attempt to worry about a customer. Then had my husband go by this evening @7:15pm 1-1-2024, Noone is responding @ intercom or answering a phone. It states 24 hours, its fine Wendy's got my family's Big order...considering I was gonna order a 24 steamer pack and then some stuff...POOR SERVICE

Seriously it is only 11:15 at night you place your order for 10 cheese Krystals and the only request that you have is extra pickles in add ketchup please! I'm just wondering how hard of a request that is to do? Halfway home I decided to dig into them, not only do they not have extra pickles and add ketchup but there is no pickles no mustard no ketchup and no freaking onions! Did I get somebody else's order by mistake or is it just a lack of quality service with a simple request that was completely screwed up! I mean seriously how difficult is it to make a Krystal Burger will keep going to Deans Bridge Road from now on the decided to give peach orchard a chance because I was near there but what a mistake I made

Don't go!! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dinning out. The food was cold. I was missing items that I purchased. The drinks where watered down. The glazed bombs had no glaze, I saw a roach on the outside of the window. Above all I asked for a refund and had to wait an hour before I was able to get one. The server christen refused to come to the window and give me a refund because she knew they served me this. I would not feed that to a dog!!!!
