I came into town as I usually do every other weekend and krystals is always the first place I stop on my way in, last time I came it was a horrible customer service experience but tonight Ms. Carmen made my experience great. She was patient made sure my order was correct and was very polite. Food was fresh and good, everyone isn't always happy on a Friday at midnight being at work but after driving 2 hours it's good to see workers who still want to make customers happy. Thank you again Ms. Carmen.

Im not sure if anyone expects more. Its Krystal. Theyre incredibly slow because the only rush is midnight to 4AM when everyone is leaving the bars.Dame quality food they have always had. Its edible, and thats about it.

Service is always good. For breakfast, sometimes you may have to wait but that's because it's coming to you freshly made. I would definitely recommend.Dietary restrictions: When purchasing a breakfast scrambler, I get the meat on the side for someone who doesn't eat meat.

As you can see in this picture, the Krystals were so cold that the cheese didn't even start to melt. The cheese is also hard around the edges ? The soda was flat and I think they changed the fries since I've been here last. The fries are the same ones from KFC and other places. This was just all around disappointing. I didn't mind waiting... but to wait and then get cold food... really?

Understand that the restaurant was understaffed and the inside was locked, but it doesn't hurt to put a sign on one of your doors indicating this. Coming 8 hours away from an area that doesn't have Krystal this was disappointing ?.
