Very disappointed. Placed an order at 12ish on Sunday afternoon.....store was practically empty when order was picked up. Got the kid's meal corn dog meal-corn dogs were all burnt and hard, the kid cookie was literally the smallest thing but to make matters worse, it was RAW....like legit RAW dough. The nachos that were ordered we requested no chili. But they sent it with no chili and no cheese, very little toppings ans mostly chips. That's a total ripoff for $10. The two salads ordered we missing topping that came standard and requested. Needless to say, money wasted.

I ordered a jalapeño turkey crunch combo for 2 people. We usually go in and order and have never had an issue but today call for a window order and go. Neither sandwich had the kettle chips on them or the avocado. We didn't receive the pickles as well. We waited at the window to get the pickles and get the sandwiches fixed and the girl in the window looked at us and walked away. Will definitely go in to order from now on or go to a different location.

This mcalisters is my least favorite in the Augusta area . The food is always off . I will say the employees always happily fix the issue and are very kind so no complaints about them being professional , but I’ve come 3 times and 3 times my chicken Cesar wrap had to be remade because the tortilla wrap was hard as a rock . When remade it’s perfect , so not sure what’s happening ? Also the Mac and cheese at the other locations is always so tasty and here , it should just be taken off the menu . This is mush .

McAlister's on Walton Way Ext Augusta, GA. Food: McAlister's has always been a favorite sandwich and salad shop of mine. I really enjoy the southwest salad with avocado along with the Southwest sandwich. Service: Service is always great, today had a little mix-up with the order nevertheless it was square away with no problems. Ambiance: Modern and joyful decor with booth seating and tables.

The last two times have ordered catering we ordered ham and cheese and turkey and cheese sandwiches and they have failed to put cheese on any of our sandwiches both times. Do not recommend using them for catering!
