Every single time I come here they get my order wrong or I am missing items. They will take my order and say move up just to forget the items that I purchased. I order on the app and don't have time for them to get my order wrong everyone and have to wait longer. They have been reported and the dates are saved in my app but no changes have been done whether in personnel or standards. Eat here only if u have time to waste.

Unacceptable service every time I come here. Whether I order my food on the mobile app which they can track and several co.plaints have been made or if I go thru the drive thru. They will consistently tell you to pull forward and forget something in your bag. First time I got home and just missed out on my items. 2nd and 3rd time I complained and got my order correct but had to wait which made the rest of my food cold. If u tell them u ain't moving forward they get upset but they refuse to pay attention to their orders and sending complaints changes no behavior whether towards standards or personnel. Something needs tp be done.

I will really appreciate the respect that you show to elders, bruh I been here for like 30 minutes just to watch an old man probably like 70 years old or some like that, but he being waiting on the line to make his order but none of the workers come to take the man order until somebody just come to place an order so that's why the workers of this place show up

Came here on 2-28-2024, I ordered an iced caramel mocha and they didn’t put the whipped cream and the caramel on it and I asked them about it and they said they only do that if requested. That is not true because they always put the whipped cream on there and the caramel. I tried to call and speak to the manager and they would never answer the call. They need to hire people that will do their job instead of young people that just want to talk and stand there with their fingers in their hair or on the phone. I will be contacting headquarters. REQUESTING EVERYONE TO GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. WORST MCDONALDS SO FAR.

Rude drive thru employees! Mistakes happen. I made a mistake after she said is there anything else you need? I said I had a double cheeseburger and I apologized as soon as she told me but instead of letting by fines be. She rolls her eyes and proceeds to cop an attitude with me so I returned it back to her as well!

I went in to get a chicken sandwich the chicken was rubbery I took one bite out of it and took it back to the McDonald's when I did that the cook that was in the back wanted to fuss with me about how he cooks his food all the way the chicken was not done and I'm not about to go back and forth with a McDonald's
