“Wow! I gotta say it's rare that McDonald's does anything to amaze but I was impressed how fast breakfast service was. I got the mix -n-match deal, a hashbrown, and OJ. Everything was fresh and the meal appeared almost instantly, like they already knew what I wanted. Magic!The staff was pretty friendly and courteous. They work fast here. This experience was so good that they have spoiled me for other locations. Kudos to the manager - seems the staff likes her and she is doing the right things!My only complaint was that it was rather warm at the location. There's a bunch of women working there so I'm sure they were cold and turned the AC off. LOL.. Can't be too picky: men and women will fight for eons over what a reasonable thermostat setting is. ?Parking: Curbside service is available and parking is plentiful.“

“They have a young man with Down syndrome working the register at this location and it’s nice to see they hire people with disabilities and give them a chance to work. He didn't have any issues taking my order or working the register.“
“My go-to McDonald's in Grovetown because it smells better inside than the other one. The food is usually as fresh as it gets at a McDonald's. Dining room isn't well insulated so it's a little chilly in winter and warm in the summer, but it beats the outside for sure. The service can take a while at rush times but overall the drive thru moves quickly and efficiently. Everyone is pretty busy, so don't expect a bunch of smiles and personal service, but I've never been disappointed. It's McDonald's- expectations matter.Parking: Crowded in with an urgent care and autobody shop, but I can find a spot at the restaurant with little trouble.Kid-friendliness: There is a table inside is touch activated with different colored light displays and there is a touch screen console on the wall, both at kid height. It's a gamble on the cleanliness but nothing gross.“
“I come here quite often in the mornings, and I gotta say they have gotten pretty good! The morning staff is very nice and professional! I have never waited more than 3-5 minutes at all except once, but I was running late. The coffee and food are always hot and fresh.“
“Placed my order using the app for pickup. Waited almost 30 minutes to receive my order. Service was so confusing, people bringing their orders back due to being incorrect. Employees acted as they were all confused with orders and a lot of lack of communication.“
“Love using the kiosk, hitting the restroom, grab'n my food, and roll'n out. Super fast service. ♥️ The bathroom was kinda gross. Soap dispenser wasn't working. Most tables were dirty. I recommend hiring an external company to come in and deep clean the place. Food was ok. Sausage was greasy but I preferred it that way. Others may not.“
“Generous giving 4*s. The food was descent the last 2 orders I’ve had Mcdelivery from the app. This time no sauces. 20 NUGGETS ORDERED AND NONE!? I even added extras from the condiment section on the menu. When the kids ask for McDonald’s I have to really think about it.“

“Working in customer service of any kind can be difficult, and being that I do work in customer service it took me by surprise when I came through the drive thru and MARCO wow Marco is wonderful. If only we had more people like him in the world. A lot of good people go unnoticed and I wanted to shine the light a little brighter on Marco. I’m an operation manager for Aimbridge hospitality and it was just wonderful to experience so much passion, patience, and care he showed gives me a little more hope in humanity.
