It's a shame what could be a nice place has such terrible service. I had just sat down with my coffee and had to step away from my table for two minutes to take a phone call and they cleared my table and threw away my full $8 coffee. I was standing in plain sight of my table but had my back to it on the phone. When I asked the guy if they had thrown out my coffee he acted like he was proud doing so! I'm very easy going but that was absurd. I hate to see such rude inconsiderate people ruin what could be a nice establishment. Maybe he was having a bad night or something but none the less I won't be back. I wish them the best

My favorite spot anytime morning, afternoon or evening to study, unwind, catch up with friends. Good selection of coffee, full service bar. Macaroons and Cheesecake are great. Indoor/outdoor seating available. Friendly staff.

Pretty cool spot. I had a crowbar with oat milk and some sweetener. Ambiance is mellow, and staff typically engages well with visitors. It's on the corner of broad and 11th, lots of movement in the area, but definitely something to checkout. Their menu is pretty large, but like most coffee shops you can have the drink catered to you.

Myself and two family members went to Metro on a late Saturday afternoon. We were served desserts while we waited for our coffee. Our coffee was served in to-go cups which I wasn't expecting and didn't like. Others were served in mugs. My cappuccino didn't even fill the cup! The other day I enjoyed a delicious cappuccino in a big mug at Inner bean cafe, it was delicious! For me, Metro's cappuccino was just alright. I hate wasting anything especially a pricey coffee, but I couldn't finish it because it just was not that good. My mom's decaf was sour. The barista said it's because of it's high acidic content. He kindly replaced it with another roast, but not much better. I gave it to my husband. He drinks any coffee, but he didn't even want to finish it. My husband had the Soprano, he enjoyed it. To me it tasted too much like sweet cherry syrup with mild coffee flavor. The desserts looked yummy, BUT looks can be deceiving. I love desserts, but not these. The desserts were outsourced from abakery. I had the mango guava mousse roundcake....no flavor and the mousse was not airy and creamy, but more like a thick cool whip. The chocolate toffee blondie was dry and just ok. The chocolate with creme and coconut in the middle layer round cake was a little dense, but ok.The entrance is wheelchair accessible. There are only 3 booths that you can roll the wheelchair slightly under the table.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance was wheelchair accessible. There are 3 booths as soon as you walk in and a wheelchair can be pushed up to the table, but might have to remove feet platforms.

Late night cheesecake, coffee, and hot chocolate for the win! Big bar with booths, comfy chairs, and bar seating for drinks and dessert. Plenty of space for people watching and working too. The lights get dimmer and the music gets louder in the late evening though.

We love Metro! Whether it's during the day for coffee and studying or night for drinks with friends, this spot is always where we end up. The bartenders are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere reflects the time of day. Sometimes, they have a live performer which is fun. You can grab a bite to eat at Whiskey Bar next door and have it delivered if you get hungry, or try the pastries Metro has.

Metro is a really nice place to get morning coffee with nice big windows and good seating. At night they host a lot of great events for the city and the pop up art event they coordinated with 4P Studios was amazing. I always like a small business that works with other venues to provide good events and spaces for our community! Coffee is great and the pastries and dessert are quite good too.

Stopped in for coffee and a bite and was not disappointed. The coffee was excellent (plain, black, and hot is my preference) and the danishes and macarons were also good. When I stopped in about mid morning , there was only one worker so a line formed quickly and it took a while to get served. I’m not sure if this is typical, but the wait wasn’t too bad and the food was good.Prices are also very reasonable.

No meals, just yummy sweet treats, but honestly who cares with the drinks are this good!? Trusted the sweet barista with this “Something Sweet, Hot, & Spiked” She didn’t disappoint! Loved my drink, and the cozy chairs up front. Great low key atmosphere with a vintage grandmas attic meets pub feel. Hands down, do yourself a favor and drop it!
