The service sucks! It’s always 4 or more ppl behind the counter.. I never understood this method because it doesn’t make the line go any faster by people just standing around and looking doing nothing but I do want to shine the light and show some recognition to a young man named Jaden. His service was spectacular. His attitude was very positive, very nice, genuine human being that went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. If you’re in the area go show Jaden some love he definitely deserves a high position! We need more ppl like him in the customer service industry blessings to this young brother and his future!

Pizza was made great! Definitely have great topping options Place was a mess ,no one was doing anything. My pizza was black at the bottom. Everyone just looked like they didn’t want to be there. This place is going downhill!your pie is definitely the place to be!Parking: Plenty of parking

When you enter MOD'S pizza you are always greeted with "Welcome to MOD'S. I also like that your pizza is prepared in front of you and you get to choose as many toppings as you like for the same price. The salads are also amazing.This has to be my favorite pizza restaurant. I wish that there was more than one in this area.
Today, I was served by Michelle and let me tell you see gave outstanding service. I have severe food allergies and she took such great care to not cross contaminate my pizza. Thank you so much Michelle I can't tell you enough how much that means to me. ?Dietary restrictions: GF, Dairy free

Staff were unfriendly! Little girl told them to speak to us but they all seemed like they didn't care! I'm guessing she is the manager. I feel bad for her she seem a really frustrated like they don't listen or something! I would LOVE to have her work for me and double her pay!every time I come in with my family or just myself she is always a bundle of joy!!

The service was good, the young lady who prepped our pizza was pleasant and patient while we determined what to eat (my first time here) . The meat lovers was good , the pizza size was just right (I got the bigger size) , and the service was fairly quick.

I genuinely hate having to write this, we come to MOD once a week, and With a pregnant wife I'll always get what she wants but tonight made me question if I'll ever come back, 45 minutes in line, one person making pizza, one person just running around, no organization and I watched people leaving and when I had 3 people in front of me and All they were doing was mobile orders that was it... I left, not one time did the staff apologize about the delay, not once did they say anything outside of arguing internally, never been this angry with a place I regularly visit...
