Botched experience from the start. We had three servers try and take our order and we sat without the drinks we had ordered as they figured out who was going to help us. The one who took it seemed to be in a hurry to get thru our table. Sides for the entree came out before our appetizer, the bone-in ribeye came out blue on the bone and, as expected, came back well done. We didn't even take the leftover steak home, another cook and it would have been leather. Giving 2 stars because the blooming onion was good. The manager never even came to see us, she was busy playing hostess all night.

This employee named Nye was rude when she loudly said, "EXCUSE ME" while I was waiting on a takeout order, but then switched to a kind tone around her guests. I had already stepped aside, respectfully, but she had to be extra in order to prove a point of 'superiority,' to me. I would never want to be served by her as she has a bad attitude in my book and came across as hostile by staring at me in an intimidating fashion when I looked at her in shock.As an employee, you never know who you will come across and must treat everyone with dignity and respect even if you are not receiving a tip from them. I did not feel warmth and welcomed with her. She is too unprofessional to be working here. Everyone else was okay.

This is probably one of my favorite Outbacks I’ve been to. The food was awesome, atmosphere was amazing, and our service was excellent. Our server Haley was so nice and helped us decided on the blooming onion for an appetizer. My husband and i never knew about a rewards program but Haley helped us set it up so we could go ahead and start earning rewards!! When are in the area again, I will always request Haley

Haley was an amazing server, I will always remember her by her beautiful smile and southern hospitality! She encouraged me to sign up for the rewards program, and even explained and showed me how to do it! She was so sweet and seemed to love working here! The manager Sammy was doing a wonderful job too! ❤️

Came here after experiencing horrible service at another establishment and all I can say is WOW! IM so happy that I had a horrible time at the other place. Now I'm going to leave the best Real Life review. Michael is hands down the best server I have had in a while. He was so polite and very knowledgeable about the different cuts of steak which is very important for me because I can sometimes get overwhelmed by the menu. I ordered filet mignon and lobster and Mac and cheese and veggies OMG delicious ? I even got dessert for later tonight. My husband, my bestie and I truly enjoyed every moment spent there. Keep up the great work!
