Was the only one in the parking lot. Went in to order and no one came to the counter . Heard people talking so I know they heard them bells ring when the door open. Shook the bells to make sure they heard and still no answer. Even heard someone on the other side of the wall. Left outside and called the number to order and was placed on hold even though I was THE ONLY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT. Love the food but customer service is a priority for me.

I am from the Philadelphia area and these cheesesteaks etc..are as good as it gets! The service is ALWAYS great and food on point. From the drinks, dessert, food and Icees, down right delicious!

It really depends on who cooking that determines how good your cheese steak is gonna be ordered one with double meat and it was hardly any meat on there.

Just went yesterday for dinner. My experience was HORRIBLE!!! I ordered 2 philly cheese steaks add mushroom an also a order of cheese fries. Neither of our subs had hardly any meat an the bread is so hard an dry you about choke tryin to eat it. Not to mention my fries is as hard as a brick an the cheese sauce taste like water! Not to mention the customer service is ridiculous!!!I definitely will NOT be back!!! I will go to subway from now on or baldinos!!!

I placed a order via GrubHub did not receive 2 of the items I paid for and my fries was burnt... I stay 3 minutes away when I called the lady that answered the phone was very rude she told me she didn't see a cake and cheese cake on the ticket.. I need to take it up with GrubHub and hung up in my face

Originally from West Philly moved to Augusta 4yrs ago was glad to find a spot with a taste from home. Was glad to see that they were back open. The last few times though they were off their game. Called in and order my meal at 2:36 this afternoon 2 cheesesteaks and small onion rings. The gentleman who answered the phone was nice and polite told me 15 minutes. When I get to Philly Cheesesteak Factory I say I'm here to pick up my order and state my name. The young boy asked if I ordered off of GrubHub I said no I called told him what my order was. He says we don't even have onion rings and I don't have any such order. I say where's the man at who answered the phone? "There's no one here but me and my mom." I recite the number he confirms it to be correct and I show him the time I called. Anyways I had to reorder without the onion rings and now wait longer. 2 cheesesteaks 1(s &p ketchup xmayo fried onions, hot peppers cooked in) 2 same way xtra cheese. Young fella brings food to my car I check one of my steaks no ketchup easy to assume the other doesn't either. I take my food back in ask for ketchup. The young boy looks at me like my head was on backwards. There was a whole big thing about putting ketchup on my steaks. Who slathers ketchup like mayo on bread?! You squeeze it on. You know this y'all from Philly. Gets home looks at steaks one is on wheat roll which I didn't asked for. My husband didn't even want his cause it wasn't made like I ordered. Skimpy on the meat. He wanted to bring them back but I didn't feel like driving back. Guess we'll be sticking to Jackie M's.

Horrible customer service...at first I tried to call in my order I was left on hold for 7 minutes before being hung up on...I heard their cheese steaks were really good so I drove to the establishment... Customer Service was ok in the place... after 4 minutes my cheese steak was done cool.. but the person who brought it to my car handed it to me then spit a big loogie on the ground while I was there very unhygienic while someone was coughing profusely in the background... the meal was dry and the steak was burnt... I was very disappointed... do better please

This place has the best most authentic cheesesteaks in this area....I was impressed with the quick and courteous service...The restaurant was clean and it didn't take them long to get my order out to me and that was at the peak of lunchtime....Next I wanna try their Hoagies..

I drive for 15 minutes to get a steak and cheese from this place, the service was EXTREMELY horrible, I felt as if I wasn’t even there. And to top it all, after they took my order they told me CASH ONLY! I will NOT recommend!
