My wife and I have been there to eat 4 times never disappointed. So i decided to have her surprise birthday party there. We rented out the restaurant for 40 people for 3 hours give or take. As usual the food was incredible and the service was top notch. Ms. Hope was awesome with the communication as we prepared the menu and odds and ends. Ryan ran the bar like a professional bartender should. Everyone in our party raved about food and service. Highly highly recommend it. Thanks to the ENTIRE STAFF FOR A AWESOME 60TH SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY.. UNFORGETTABLE

Terrific spot for lunch or dinner! Friendly and welcoming staff in a well designed space that makes you forget where you are. The food is lights out! I’ve had Cuban food all over South Florida and Pineapple bests all of them. Try the Ropa Vieja, it’s amazing.

Interesting Cuban restaurant. Cool space. Brussels were the highlight. Empanadas were good. The muscles tasted off- fishy and overcooked chewy. Mojito was below average. Service was friendly and great.

Only because we've eaten there so many times and have had great food, drinks, and service will we go back again. This evening was a hot mess. Our appetizer was forgotten. Our dinner came out after the couple next to us that came and ordered later. They ended up getting our food. We had to wait for ours to get cooked again. But we understand not every night can be perfect, so we'll be back and forget about tonight.

Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options to choose from. Their moreros (fried sweet plantain) are good.

Juan Jose is a testament to great food and the blossoming augusta atmosphere. His recommendations paired well, and the once the food went in my mouth I couldn't put the fork down. The atmosphere is relaxed and is definitely a place im coming back toDietary restrictions: Told them I had a kosher diet and they were fully prepared

Have been traveling to work in Augusta for many years now. This was one of the best meals that i have had downtown. Food was excellent, love the steak and chicken, plaintains tasty, as well as appetizers. Service and atmosphere were excellent. Don’t lose the little but big things! Bartender noticed my wife didn’t order an alcoholic drink, he came over and asked her what flavors she enjoyed, he returned with a super tasty non alcoholic drink that she ordered two nights in a row!

Everything was wonderful but this was the second time in a row I've visited and tried to order the churros and they said they were out of desserts for the day. Maybe one day I'll get to try them!

I’ve been to Pineapple ink a few times and the food was delicious and atmosphere was always a vibe. I went last night and was so disappointed. The food lacked flavor, our waitress kept forgetting things we ordered. I have no clue if there are new chefs or what but the food tastes nowhere near like it was when they first opened.

My spouse brought me here for my birthday, the food was super delicious! Karmen was our amazing waitress. They were short staffed, but she did great!! We had the empanadas, Cuban Ropa Vieja and the Double Double.
