Grits are really soupy so I’d avoid them and go with the hash browns, however the trash and other omelettes are soooo good! The hash browns are crisp, the bacon is perfect, I highly recommend the salmon croquettes, and they have catfish for breakfast that would please even Gordon Ramsey.They have the friendliest staff, and I’d eat breakfast here everyday if I had the time to spare in the mornings lol.Not to mention they’re even more affordable than Waffle House!!! The prices are so low that I really don’t even understand how they make a profit tbh.

The food was meh. Waffle House is better, and here’s why.The corned beef hash was ok. The hash browns had no flavor, the pancakes were kinda dry, and their syrup is cold. They don’t serve real butter unless you ask, which comes out ice cold, so I had cold pancakes. The eggs were just eggs. Not bad, but not good either. I might give this place another try?
Until recently I only had Breakfast and Brunch at Ruth's, however lunch is a delight. I am not a huge fan of soul food but do appreciate a well cooked simple meal. Well folks this place delivers. I opted for the fried catfish with fried okra and macaroni&cheese as sides. The Catfish was one of the best I ever had, cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The Okra was good as was the Mac and cheese. The price was reasonable and the service perfection. So don't let this one go without giving it a good try.
