I found a pupusa place in Augusta. No one else on Yelp had found it yet, apparently, but there were plenty of other people there so word's getting out in other ways. They have a broader menu which for me had a modicum of things worth trying, but I certainly came seeking the grilled corn taste. I ordered two pupusas with corn flour and one with rice, and honestly I couldn't tell the difference (or they just gave me corn by accident). I lived 4 years in El Salvador as a teenager. I *LOVE* Pupusas. These are absolutely 100% authentic and delicious. Their sides are absolutely on point and delicious as well. They even have Kolachampan! HIGHEST Recommendation. I didn't eat in, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere.
