Literally sitting in the slowest drive-thru on the planet. Over a half an hour sitting trapped in the drive-thru. It’s absolutely ridiculous.The bagel is cold and the lukewarm latte is not it. So the whole wait was not even worth it! If I ever have to come back here, which I hope I do not, I hope they have it figured out.
Starbucks in South Augusta. Whatttttt. 1st time there, it was good. Had workers from other Starbucks coffee shops to train. I go back a few months ago and only had South Augusta workers. All I can say about it was, Hey, it's South Augusta. I now drive all the way to Evans to get Starbucks. May be better now, but it's to much money to try again.

I frequent this Starbucks almost daily and the shift leader Lexi (I believe is her name) always seems to have an issue or at least her demeanor and mannerisms make it seem as if she does. I have visited several other Starbucks in the area and I am always greeted friendly by management and staff. They make me feel as if my business is important however she does not.
