This location of Subway fell far short of my expectations. I was 4th in line when I arrived and it took nearly 30 min before I had my sandwich. Very disorganized and slow service from the 3 staff members. All of us in line purchased standard sandwiches but the preparation was haphazard and took a very long time. I had ordered a plain ham sandwich without cheese but when I got to the register I was told that although that sandwich was on the displayed menu, I was going to have to pay for a specialty ham sandwich (roughly $0.50 more) which included 2x cheese that I didn't want or order. The explanation was that this store had stopped serving "build your own" sandwiches (the less expensive ones). If you want a sub sandwich, I recommend you go to a store from a competing chain less than a block away.

The young lady that was there she was by herself. Very patient very polite. But you can tell that she was not familiar with how to make all of the sandwiches. I ordered a number 12 which comes with avocado and I didn't get any avocado.

The food is decent but the workers are unprofessional. We've been at hospital for over two weeks with my FIL and been to this location twice. The other night the workers put a sign on the door saying their debit card machine was down but it wasn't. They laughed about it. Tonight they had the door locked before 9pm. They saw me take a pic so they let me in. As we were walking by the hospital there was a couple asking if we had been to subway. They said they laughed at them and wouldn't let them in. We told them they were letting people in (they would individually unlock the door for people). I watched to see if they would and again this couple was denied. They told us they had children in the hospital and was just trying to get something to eat. This is poor service. My sub was good. But the experience was horrific. Took me 40 minutes to finally get my 1 sub. The manager was talking about a rude customer with another lady who was ordering. She would stop making the sub just to talk bad about her last customer which made the wait even longer. Not sure how shes the manager, there was no sense of urgency at all. She took her sweet precious time, the lady behind me, finally left when the manager started cussing out a different customer.

0!!!! I just left the store on Walton Way. I have never posted a review about a restaraunt especially to rant but whoever the young lady was that worked today on the fourth is an absolute horrible reflection of the store. There was nobody in the store, which means she was not busy at all. However, she had the worst attitude as if she was being overworked. She was sweeping when walked in and flew pass me without speaking, although I said hello. She went behind the counter and still said nothing. She begin slamming the doors open to where the food is stored and stared at me. I waited for her to ask me for my order, and nothing. Stood there for a few minutes, and told her that I no longer wanted the sub. She is slim, looks as if she is in her mind 20's, blonde and black braids. Absolutely horrible!!!!
