Convient place to get a great sub. Short walk from the hospitals in the area and on side walks in most directions. Had a deliceous meatball and cheese sub that was packed with more meatballs and cheese than I would have thought possible. A little messy to eat but that is what napkins are for! Added a medium soda and 2 cookies for a small up charge. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area that were sunny in the mid March sun at noon. Both are small but in good condition. Some of the sidewalks along the way are in fair condition and may be difficult for some to navigate. The food was excellent, the wait was short and the staff was very pleasant.

The management is absolutely terrible. Jessica who stated she was the general manager was yelling at students and hospital staff. She was rude and unprofessional. She also Stopped making another coustomers sandwich to argue with other customers. She is overly aggressive and I dont think she should be working in a position that would ever deal with the public . Highly disappointed.

I eat there often. The young lady who calls everybody baby is one of the hardest working individuals I have seen in a long time. I don't know if she's the manager. If she's not, she should be. I came in one day, and she was training someone, and they were the only two working. She was still polite, courteous, and welcoming. She was apologizing to the customers for the delay. She is awesome ? ?.

The employee “cookie” was terrible. Huffing and puffing, shaking her head, slamming equipment tossing things around. She was in a horrible mood and threw a fit any time someone else walked in to order.

THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Staff is ever changing and they are all rude and unprofessional. Don’t know the first thing about customer service. Messed up my sandwich and then when I let them know politely that I had a foot long they began talking about me IN FRONT OF MY FACE. One girl went on to say “today is not the day” “she got the right one” “these people keep trying me today” I didn’t even want to eat there anymore I asked for a refund & left. WILL NOT BE BACK & will make sure I tell everyone I know not to give business to this location.

Go to college at Augusta Uni, wanted to grab something because it said it was open until 10 yet lady working yelled at me and my friends as soon as we entered saying she wouldn’t serve us because it was 30 minutes until close.

The food is decent but the workers are unprofessional. We’ve been at hospital for over two weeks with my FIL and been to this location twice. The other night the workers put a sign on the door saying their debit card machine was down but it wasn’t. They laughed about it. Tonight they had the door locked before 9pm. They saw me take a pic so they let me in. As we were walking by the hospital there was a couple asking if we had been to subway. They said they laughed at them and wouldn’t let them in. We told them they were letting people in (they would individually unlock the door for people). I watched to see if they would and again this couple was denied. They told us they had children in the hospital and was just trying to get something to eat. This is poor service. Below is a pic of my watch and their sign and a pic of the couple standing outside (while the open sign is on) but not being allowed in.
Overall I got the food quickly. Biggest downside, they will try to keep your change!!! I paid $40 for the 30.52 cost. They refused to give me 9.48 in change. After I argued with the cashier three times I am still owed 2-3 bucks. I mean either you can't do math and should be fired, or someone is stealing. So all the employees need to be looked into. Definitely not coming back here and I definitely recommend to everyone to go somewhere else.

This location is pretty busy. I order my food online and waited in the line to pick up. They appreciated how patient my kids and I was.
Food was good. Poor lady behind the counter worked her tail off, she was the only one there working and it's mother's day weekend. She needs a raise and a pat on the back.
