Lacey needs a raise!! She deserves it.She had just clocked out, but her staff was slammed and she saw me waiting on a mobile order so she went back and got it for me. Then she asked her staff again if they needed anything before leaving.Then we were talking in the parking lot, I told her I handle employee benefits for local businesses. She got my information to put in the company group chat, AGAIN looking out for her staff because she knew a lot of them didn’t have health, dental, and vision insurance and could benefit from the free healthcare we provide.

I ordered my food from the app. I worked at a subway for 2 years and know how the service should be. At this location it makes no sense to keep customers waiting when you have 3 employees especially if they are not fast at being a sub artist. One employee was washing dishes, one was doing the meats and the last one was doing the veggie and register. First off the one doing dishes could help out by doing the register and being a team player. The lady doing the veggies and register named Sara ended up ringing out a customer, then proceeded to not wash her hands not put gloves on grabbed the knife and closed my sub and wrap it and proceeded to do the same with the sub of another customer. That is unacceptable and disgusting. The lady doing the meats also ended up putting the veggies on subs and would just leave it. That also is unacceptable as it would have only taken seconds to close the sub, wrap it up and put it in a bag for the employee to ring the customer out. The service was not to my standards as I do hold high standards for subway since I’ve done that job before and know what it takes. The manager should really pay attention to what is going on in that location, as far as my sub I will not eat it wasted money.

I just went to this location to get subs for me and my husband and simply asked if could order a sub and put the meat on one side and they said no and I said fine I will buy two sandwiches and then the woman started rolling her eyes and even bumped the woman next to her and was making comments and rolling their eyes as if my request was the stupidest thing they ever hear and I had just messed up their whole day.

My sub was great. For this experience, I walked in. Typically, I use the app, but I saw the sign and went in. The lady who took my order made it exactly to my specifications. My only drawback was not getting extra tomatoes, but I'll live with that.Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, so you can get an all veggie sandwich.Parking: Parking is adequate.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw one wheelchair accessible parking spot.

Ordered my food to go “paid online”.When I arrived at the restaurant I was treated as if I was a door dasher and had to confirm the name of the order more than once. They watched me like a hawk while I attempted to pick up my chips and drinks.Bad business.

Subway is ol' reliable. You cant go wrong.I usually order ahead on the app or website. I have zero complaints about the young ladies who have fixed my orders. When I pick it up, they'll usually let me know if any substitutions couldn't be made, etc (sometimes they'll call, too). The toppings even seem fresher than "Jared" days. Disappointed they no longer offer chopped salads but the salads and powerbowls have been made well when I ordered ( if you like extra meat and toppings, upgrade to the powerbowl instead of the salad). HEADS UP: I don't know if they see the "special notes" on website orders. If you added it, I would glance at my receipt first before getting upset. If you don't see it, they prob didn't see it so just call and request it after your order is confirmed until Subway can update the app. Pro-tip: Oil, peppers, cheese and meats with a retoast before the condiments.

Poor Customer service for the shift working 8/21/23 5:45pm rude attitudes refuse to take my order on the phone then I show up to the store same thing poor attitudes like nobody wanted to be at work they must forget if it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't have a job Management needs to look into this
