Terrible experience!All the staff is extremely rude first of all.Second of all, you never get the right order and they now apparently automatically upcharge you for larger drinks when you don’t even ask for that.I ordered a crispanada deluxe cravings box, no beans on the 5 layer burrito. Then I ordered the $3 nacho box, also with no beans!Every. Single. Time. There is beans on my food. I know it’s rang in right because I see it on the order screen when they put it in, but they just ignore any modifications I guess.The lady who was taking my order said to pull up to the window when I clearly wasn’t done placing my order. Also, when I pointed out that I didn’t want a large drink with the deluxe box, she didn’t adjust it and still charged me. When I pull up to the window and tell her that I just want the regular size drink that comes with the box. (Medium size) she goes “well it’s only a .30 cent difference”. Thats not the point and it doesn’t matter because I didn’t ask for a large drink so I shouldn’t be getting charged extra money when I’m getting the medium size anyway…When I ask for the receipt, she hands me someone else’s receipt.THEN, I call to voice my complaint to a manager, the manager Tyrone tried to tell me that I was incorrect and that my order was made properly.If that were the case, I wouldn’t be calling to make a complaint.Do not go to this location!!!

Always the best experience! No matter where I’m at when we crave Taco Bell, this is the location we go to! Courteous and friendly staff and always on task. Today is Pi Day and I got a Mexican Pizza special and I also tried the new Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco. Both very delicious and made hot and fresh! My food is always perfectly made and the new items on the menu keep us coming back for more!

Cancelled my order an HOUR AFTER I ORDERED IT. Disgusting company and I will NEVER order from here again. Horrible. Just wanted food after my shift. Trash.
Aside from the fact that my order was not completely correct, the level of awareness and customer service is concerning. When I walked in, there were three employees working, but no one bothered to look up or acknowledge I was there. That could be a safety concern for them had I been someone coming in with ill intent. One employee finally looked at my way, but proceeded to get her drive thru order together and never said a word to me. A simple "hello" or "we'll be with you in a minute" costs nothing. It's courtesy and it lets the other employees know someone is in the store.

The 2 women who worked tonights shift were very unprofessional and disrespectful, speaking through there head sets about me because I came back to explain that my food was not fresh. Unfortunately for them I definitely will not be back to eat there. Horrible customer service. They don’t know who a person could be, Please do better‼️
