Some of the best Italian food we've ever had in the CSRA. The extensive wine list is broken down and color coded by Italian wine regions with a map and description of each region. They have Italian cocktails like spritzs and negronis.Then there is the food. The special Veal Osso Buco was souvied for 36 hours before being prepared (the marrow practically fell out of the bone). It was served with perfectly roasted veggies. The buccatini Fruiti Del Mar was an explosion of cioppino red sauce and seafood.And then for dessert. You will definitely want to order the homemade gelato flight. Also, the ricotta-mascapone cheese cake will literally make you take a moment to respond. It's so good.Our server, Megan, was wonderful and totally embraced how much we were nerding out over the wine region information and had amazing timing in coming out to check on us. The manager, Zach, also came out and spent a good bit talking with us about our experience.100% will be back regularly and will be telling all of our friends!

Such a wonderful restaurant. Best Italian in town. Love that the wine menu gives a breakdown of the various wine regions in Italy. I had the Buccatini Frutti de la Mare and it was such a rich dish. Chef's kiss. Grab the Gelato Flight for dessert with a cappuccino!

Wonderful food and service!! Dining inside is a little loud because there is nothing inside to dampen the multiple conversations. The outdoor veranda is the place to enjoy your meal!!
I would have given this place five stars because it's one of the best meals my husband and my friends and I had not only in Augusta but in the US. We just feel the service was just lacking from our server, he was so preoccupied and didn't deliver food on time nor our wine with our meal, even though we reminded him twice on the wine. It's always a shame when things don't align and actually I would have given it six stars if possible if it wasn't for the server.Kid-friendliness: Please don't bring your children this is an adult establishment I wouldn't want to hear a child screaming while I was enjoying a wonderful dinner.

Had a wide selection here and was very pleased. Delicious cocktails and beautiful space. Arancini was good. Cheese sticks were ok. Octopus/snail app was very good. Osso bucco delicious. Scampi very good. Veal short ribs were the best at the table. Chocolate torte was large, rich and very good.Kid-friendliness: Loud open restaurant so ok to bring kids imo

Excellent! I lived in Italy and the buchatini fruta di mare was very authentic. Atmosphere is very nice. Wait staff very knowledgeable on wine and food suggestions. Our 4th time to the masters and this may be the best. We've tried all the downtown places and hands down we liked trattoria polipo best. Very reasonable too.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. My trusty Google search for good Italian restaurants lead me here. You instantly get authentic Italian upon entry. From appetizers to entree our dining experience was excellent. I had the lasagna bolognese, and my wife had the grilled pork chop.
