They must have rotated in a new crew of "visitors" that aren't trained yet, as the service has deteriorated dramatically recently. The food is decent, but the furnishings are tired.

Stale chips, carne asada like a rubber tire. Rice bland, beans ok. Guacamole is mushy and sweet. Server when told the meat was tuff shrugged and walked off.

We had a lovely experience at Victoria’s Mexican Restaurant. The service was quick and our waitress was very kind. The food has an amazing taste. Would definitely recommend 11/10!

The quality and food at this place has diminished, food simply has absolutely no flavor at all. The only thing that was hot were the chips which I didn’t get until after 5 mins of my sauce and cheese dip being on the table. The cheese was not warm at all was almost solid in the bowl very wierd. I would suggest going else where if you’re looking for good Mexican. SLP in North Augusta is the best if your able to travel there.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBL AND DISGUSTING! We simply asked for more cheese sauce on our meal and we were told the cook said that's the portion size! We were going to pay extra! No option was given! The people working there are BEYOND rude! They will cuss info by if you're children! The africa American waitress was absolutely rude and trashy towards us; all the workers may stand all stand around! Your meal comes out quick but cold! Cheese Suze is dried up and barely melted! The diverse is dirty! I WARM YOU CHOOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT! I Will be calling the BBB and HEALTH INSPECTORS! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING ?! I ALMOST LAY MY CHRISTIANITY HERE!
