This place has gone downhill in the last 8 months.Parking: There are two handicapped spots quite often, and one or both are taken with vehicles without the needed permits or tags. Mentioned it to management, if found, they didn’t appear interested in my complaint and walked off to the back room without acknowledging it.Wheelchair accessibility: A little hard to get in the store, there are two doors to go through. They're side by side and very difficult to navigate.

Employees sitting around not doing no work n would not take any Customers I sit in cat for over 45 mins when he said it would be only 30 then he said then still close down only one person was clean the other 3 was just sitting around n one was sleeping this was new years eve

The fact that I called 3 times to place an order wasn’t sitting well with me so I drove the the restaurant and was told that Waffle House is trying to steer away from phone orders for online orders WHEN THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMERS I get there and tried making conversation with both ladies just to be ignored by the cook now I know it’s late as hell and I just got off myself although customer service should be A1 regardless of what time of day it is food was good customer service HORRIBLE
