Food is always good from WH. This time at this specific WH was mediocre. We were the 3rd table there but other two were finishing up. So when we ate we were the only table there. My food was made and served with none of the toppings I asked for and I had to ask after all of our food was served for my cheese grits. Again, food was delicious but service was mediocre. Waitress was very kind and seemed like she really did her best , just forgot a few things. All around decent WH.

This Waffle House is on point!! OMG they were all nice, it was clean and the Delmonico Steak Meal my fiance and I got was so dang Delicious! We went back again like two weeks later and ate it again and the staff was still nice, the place was still clean and the Delmonico Steak meal was friggin amazing.

We walked in and were not greeted which really didn't bother us. We sat down at a table it was dirty and the other one that was empty was also dirty. We then watched two waitresses walk outside and one came back in got her stuff and left and the other waitress never acknowledged us that was in the store so we left when we were getting in our car the other waitress that had walked out with the first one ask us are y'all not staying to eat? No we're not because that was just unacceptable

We can there in the early afternoon on Thursday. After sitting for ten minutes, with very few customers, no one came over to ask us what drinks we want. We get great service in North Augusta. We drove there to eat.
If I could leave no stars I would. Waited for 10 mins to have my order taken. 5 workers in the building. Maybe 5 customers as well. Not a single member of staff acknowledged me much less took my order. 3 of them made eye contact and looked away. Even had one lady walk past me and went outside to chat with someone. Horrible service. Complete trash.

I come to this waffle house almost ever night when I get off. Tonight I get in to get my normal. The waitress and cook did not put on gloves. The waitress is rude beyond measures and was in here playing with the young men sitting in there.I see now customer service here has turned into garbage. So now I'll be going elsewhere for my services.At this point they get no star from me.If that wasn't enough there's a homeless man in there and he smells so I refuse to eat there. I feel bad for him. He's there every night I get in there. He ither sleeping at one of the tables. That's not good for service anyone like me can't eat around a fawl smells. The young waitress is always rude.
