What else can I say besides, ITS THE WAFFLE HOUSE! My dad and I had the pleasure of coming here during Masters week and were served by Valorie. She helped my dad with the menu choices since it was his first time to a Waffle House and made sure it was a good visit for all the right reasons. The All Star breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was brewed to perfection.

This place is filthy. The food was nasty. The hash browns had black grill dirt. The waffle was undercooked. This is my third Waffle House visit. I bring visitors here when they say they’ve never been to a Waffle House but “heard it was good.” They never say that again.

We order two eggs over medium with grits the grits and eggs tasted really bad. My husband could not eat it. I asked for a well down waffle had to wait because it was not brown enough. The only bright spot was Peaches she was great. My son is a DM in Aiken and this was an embarrassment for people like him and Peaches that work to make sure a customer has a good experience.

On March 15, 2024. I went in to the parking lot of this location around 12:30 PM. Davis St in Augusta, GA. I could not get in due to a lack of seating and me having my dog with me. I always like to park and sit in an area where I can keep an eye on my dogs. Two of my dogs were in grooming and were getting close to being finished. Otherwise, I would’ve waited for a booth.From the parking lot, I could see the staff smiling, and that meant everything to me.I actually had gone to two other waffle house locations on the same day. I was not acknowledged at all once I got in the doors. I left both locations.It shouldn’t be so difficult to be acknowledged when walking into any business.The Servers should know that the of customer service they give depends on how much of a tip they get, at least from me. I like to think that I tip very well, usually about 40%.Anyway, there is a waffle house right off of exit 18 in South Carolina that I’ve always had good customer service at. That’s where I will be going.

They tried to tell me Waffle House doesn't have dark roast coffee. They brought me the wrong food. Bacon was burnt. Georgia Ave is better. Across from Pilot is better. Most of them are better.
The waitresses and the cooks, in there cussing and talking about balls and all kind of ridiculous stuff, out loud. No respect for the customer.

Was not welcoming as my daughter and I arrived in the establishment. The staff was standing around chit chatting. Finally, was seated and taken care of. The food was delicious but the waiter suck. He didn't check on us BUT one time. We had to ask the cook for a to go plate. I'm usually a good tipper but yesterday it was decreased‼️
