Everyone had told me toake sure I stopped in while down from NC to try the ribs. The 1st night they were out of (3) different meats including ribs. So I tried the pulled pork and brisket and they were both very good. Great taste and great sauces. The 2nd day I stopped again at 11 am to get ribs and they were available. I was shocked that these ribs were so different from where I come from. You had to cut the meat off with a ? fe or tear it off the bone with teeth. They tasted alright, but I am so used to fall off the bone tinder ribs I was very disappointed. Nice place and people, but they certainly need work learning how to cook ribs.

Not many businesses do 1/3rd of what you've doneI ordered online and when I got home, I realized that what I ordered was not what I got.I ordered 2, 2pc corn bread, I got 1.I also ordered a bird dog and it didn't come with the side I ordered with it.I also ordered a Gal of sweet tea and that too was missing!Our meat was dry and just overall upset because this order was NOT cheapAbsolutely ridiculous especially for our first time tryingI'd take it back but they closed at 8Over $15 in product not received

Let me start off by saying that my husband and I LOVE Willie Jewell’s. We always get amazing service, food, and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy our food in. We love this place so much we decided to cater it for our wedding which was this past Saturday and let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park! Rebecca is absolutely amazing and made sure everything was fresh, organized and just overall perfect. Not only did they pile on the food for our 120+ guest list but everything was so fresh! Thank you Rebecca and Willie Jewell’s for making us and our guests so happy! We are surely long term customers?
I’m so disappointed! I’m not sure when there was a shift in change but this is my Togo order of a bunked burger & supposed to be a double order of fries! If you look at other pictures posted you can see this is a single order. This was not worth $19.00 very disappointing.

I'm from Kansas City (no stranger to bbq), and was in town for work. Got recommended Willie Jewell's for a good local BBQ spot, and decided to try it out. I was really impressed by the food, especially the sausage had really good flavor to it. The wait staff were very helpful with making recommendations. Turkey and pulled pork were both moist, but the brisket was a little on the dry side, but not too bad. Cornbread, fries, and fried pickles were all very tasty, baked beans were so-so. Overall I thought it was a great local BBQ stop, and I've now eaten there twice within the last week, and recommended to a few others who have also tried it out and liked it within the last week. I will definitely be spreading the word, and coming back next time I'm in town!
Food is always fresh service is super friendly. It’s clean. During busy hours it takes a little longer to get your food And if you have a large party, it would take some time to get your food.Parking: There is parking it’s slim parking in tight spaces.
