First time at WOB. With my hotel vip card I received a free app with purchase of an entree. Appetizers were above avg , entree was below avg.Ordered a medium burger with no lettuce. Burger arrived with lettuce. Told the server to re-cook it and make sure it was medium. The burger arrived with no lettuce this time (yayy) but it was not precooked and it was wayy overcooked. As a matter of fact , the kitchen thought they'd be smart and remove the lettuce and resend the burger to me lickety split......well , because it was re-served to me in about 2-4 mins......so I know it wasn't refired the way I asked. Why can't restaurants cook a burger to the customer's specifications? If the server is going to go out of their way to ask the customer what temp the burger is to be cooked , then by all means cook the burger to the desired temp......but don't just bring a burger overcooked all the dang time. 2 stars for not knowing or caring how to cook a simple burger.

I wasn't expecting to go in and have music playing so loud my ears hurt. Not sure if this was a night for an event but I couldn't hear myself talking nor have a conversation with someone sitting next to me. The experience was so unpleasant that we all ended up leaving......I tried giving it another go and went in the morning. The food wasn't great and neither were the drinks.I do not think it's worth the visit.

Went for the first time on 02/28.. got 4 different mixed drinks and they were all nasty . Salty with tooo much lime juice (lime juice was tart too, made the drink gross) thought the food would make up for it but my burger was overcooked , my friend’s chicken sandwich was hard to bite through , the “street tacos” we ordered were just flour tortillas with fried shrimp in them (basic af) the fries and tortilla chips were the best thing we had . The staff was taking shots at the bar , having a good ole time though so i guess no one cared about the service that night fr . Wouldn’t recommend ..

I hit up World of Beer this weekend and it was great. The chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful, and they have a ton of drink options, as expected. Our waiter was fantastic, always there when we needed something and really knew their stuff. The place has a good vibe, making it a chill spot to hang out. Definitely worth the money considering the big portion sizes.

So I was with a group of about 10. I understand there will be a wait but I waited over an hour for my food. Had to put my order in about three times. Once I received my food it was still incorrect. Manager at the time stated she was sorry and will take some off my price. So for an hour wait and still getting my order wrong she comp me $4.38 - if I knew that was the compromise I would have sent my meal back for them to correct. This will be my last time patronizing this place.
I have been here two times, and every time I came, they changed the beer menu, and I love it because I love to try beers from around the world , I had the opportunity to tried a couple beers from around the country. If you like to try beers from around the country or around the world, this place is perfect for that. The food was amazing. I tried the big pretzel, chicken wings, and nachos with beer sauce. Every dish was delicious, and the service was excellent.This is a great place to come with the family, friends, or by yourself. The atmosphere is awesome .

I was very excited to come here and try the many beers they offer. I spent a good 20 minutes carefully selecting my beverages and in what order I wanted to drink then. I’m sure they would have all been great selections. Unfortunately, I never got to try them. My girlfriend and I sat there for 20 minutes and no one acknowledged us. Servers, bartenders, and managers all walked by without taking our orders, asking if we wanted waters or even introducing themselves. Other tables who had been sat after us had already started getting service before us. Terrible service, terrible experience.

I went in for the 1st time today. I got the wings and tater tots. The wings are from a grown chicken, not the normal tiny ones you get in most places. They had pretty good flavor to them and I will definitely get them again. Can't wait to go on a Monday to take advantage of one of those juicy hamburger specials. Also, a great place to go watch the game.
