I decided to try the fried shrimp entrée since it was a promotional item.I was receiving my order much quicker than I expected and tossed it up to shrimp not needing to be cooked for a long time, but the toast was hard as if it was sitting on the warmer awhile, my shrimp wasn't hot and neither were the fries.I'm very unpleasantly surprised with Zaxbys as I usually receive my food hot and fresh, not warm and old. Coleslaw was good ?

I love zaxbys salads! But today I got the zenzation and when I got home it was so wet I could barely eat it! I’m not sure if the lettuce was wet or the slaw was watery, but it was terrible! And they have gone up on the price! I am cured of my zenzation craving!????

Awful service waited 45 minutes on my food. Went through drive thru and watched several people come in after me and leave before me. I order all fried food nothing special and my food tasted reheated and it was 18 bucks for lunch ..they didn't put any ketchup or plastic ware in the bag .. Just don't go

Whoever is cooking the chicken wings y’all need to fire him , seems like y’all put them in dehydrator. Rather eat a 1$ mcchicken than eat them 15$ chicken wings that our awful . Zaxbys ain’t what it use to be .

We ordered through the app and chose cubside pickup for 3pm. We got there and checked in by 3:02pm. By 3:16pm my husband had to go in and get the order. It was just sitting on the counter. Employees didn't even apologize, just handed him the bag and asked if he needed a cup carrier.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a mom who is just trying to survive here. To start with I ordered curbside pick up because I couldn’t go inside as my son was sleeping and going through the drive thru wakes him up. Well apparently they don’t offer curbside pick up. Secondly when I got my order the fries were unseasoned when I came back around they tried to hand me seasoning cups I told them I can’t season it as I am driving also it doesn’t stick to the fries if you do it that way finally a manager took the fries I had and sprinkled them with seasoning I just left because my son was screaming at the top of his lungs. They people there are EXTREMLY rude and I will not be going back.
