It's unfortunate for the customer that chooses to come inside versus going to the drive-through because they are completely ignored. Since I had plenty of time while waiting on my extremely complicated order of shrimp and fries (which was pretty good, btw and the Zaxtail sauce is interesting) I just listened to the crew argue and cuss and talk about the worst stuff in earshot and happened to hear my exact order placed two more times in the drive-through. So, I calmly asked what the wait was, to which the cashier turned around, said something, the cook tossed a box angrily in the window, knocking it open, then she closed it, bagged it and handed it to me. I mean...I guess 13 minutes is acceptable for dine-in now? ? Every few months, I give this specific location a shot, and it's always something unpleasant that occurs: food takes forever, dining room is filthy, rude employees... hopefully, it'll get better because Zaxby’s food as a whole is pretty good, so you WANT to go, but the obstacles involved could be on a survival game show.

I would never come this Zaxbys again. Poor service is a understatement. I didn’t get sauces with my meals, no straw with my drinks, no napkins and the extra sauce I paid for i didn’t get. When I called they laughed it off. Would never spend my money there. Very unprofessional and unorganized
