My mom and I visited today and I have to say I was disappointed with the service from our waitress and the manager. Both seemed like customer service was the last thing on their mind. The food was ok but majority of the options on the menu were not available because apparently they were between menu switches. As a consumer it’s frustrating to see how people care less and less about being good at their craft and the customer seems to be a nuisance or inconvenience. We definitely will not return here anymore. Chilis should step it up and focus on what keeps them in business… the customer!

I did not get to eat because no hostess to greet us. She eventually came and kept saying one moment. 10 minutes later a guy has an attitude and says, "she ia probably just getting a table ready for you ". With an attitude. Maybe they were short staffed that day.

I like the idea that they had family service but they also had a bar in there different couples that might want to win for a drink and just enjoy each other's company with the food is excellent service is excellent If we really enjoyed our stay there

The food is amazing, the staff however is the worst. First they don’t actually offer curbside pickup so i wouldn’t trust that. Second if you do a to go order it’s gonna take longer than if you sit down, order your food, and eat it. Our last server took more than 40 minutes just to get our drink order started.
Waited for a hostess for 15 minutes got sat in the back by the bar and had 3 servers and bartender look at us and never even got drinks. Even gave them 20 minutes to bring them and never did. Worst experience at a chillis by far. Got up and left would never recommend this location to someone.

My sister and I enjoyed celebrating my brother's birthday. The server was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time and food. They even brought my brother a birthday ice cream. Always so consistent As a bartender myself that's sooooo hard to do! They execute that so well. Even if that's not your server they still speak and ask If everything is ok. I love that so much.

My family and I stopped here on our way home from Sloomoo Institute. We didn't experience a wait. We were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive. We had a small issue with our drink order. The manager Brandon came over and explained everything, and we were able to take care of it. Our food was hot and delicious.
3 stars is a very generous rating as it was not a good experience. Ordered online after seeing just what I wanted for dinner. Steak with avocado and asparagus.15 minutes later, when i get back to the hotel, I open the box to find: Steak topped with 2 thin slices of avocado and BROCCOLI! I hate broccoli, and at no time during ordering did it tell me that asparagus was not available.Pico salsa did go well with the steak, but take out containers have ridges that trap the juices and stuff gets into it you can't get out. Need to consider changing the takeout box for starters. Have some notifications before placing the order there is a substitute to what the menu is offering.Got me this time, but not again. Shame on me for not checking, but lesson learned. I did share my story on the follow-up email survey. There was no response to date on my negative experience.
