I visit here all the time, usually in the mornings and this is my favorite Dunkin! Mia and her staff are always providing an excellent experience! Whether I come in or drive through, my order is either ready or it doesn't take them long to make it. The staff is always friendly and fast and my order is ALWAYS correct! I've been to the other Dunkins in the area and the service, quality and excellence at this location far supersedes the rest!

I don't know about the atmosphere inside cuz I'm always going through the drive-thru, and my review is based on coffee alone... But this location gets it perfect every time, and the coffee always tastes fresh brewed, even if I show up in the afternoon or evening.This is the only location that has been consistently good with my coffee order. All of the other surrounding locations on Thornton Road and in mableton The coffee just tastes like it wasn't made correctly (two cream two equal every time), or it just tastes burnt like it's been sitting there without being replaced for several hours. Believe me, coffee drinkers can tell the difference lol.Thank you for always getting it right

February 2nd I ordered my food from the mobile app. How I managed to mess up my order so bad, I really don’t understand… I accidentally ordered 30 dollars worth of food one person can’t eat by herself. I rushed to the Dunkin closest to my house after realizing I wasn’t able to cancel my order from the app. I got to the store and explained my whole story to a lovely lady named Mia. She was very nice and tried to accommodate me in any way. I wish we had more people like her in the restaurant industry. This store has always been very nice, anytime I’ve ordered. Definitely recommend going to this Dunkin.

I visited this location via drive thru and could not hear the worker, so I went into the store. Upon my entrance, the drive thru attendant just looked at me. No welcome in, no hello, nothing. So I said hello and to my surprise the drive thru person and the 1 worker in the establishment just looked at me! No response. Customer service and outright manners are important to me, so I politely walk out. Very rude, no donuts left, and they seemed to not care. Get better help, or this location will lose all its customers!!!!

The staff here had a attitude did not smile or welcome me in any way just ignore me and they saw me standing there and never ask what can I get you.Please however the owner is hire or train happier peopleI’ll go somewhere else

This the hood Dunkin.the “manager” lady is very unprofessional. In order a Toasted White chocolate hot.. pulled around the drive the drive thru and it cold/frozen drink.. that’s ok, but remake it please, I’ll wait..It’s 27 degrees out here. She remakes it and I left.. half way to work… I left it cool off , take a sip… it’s a dang hot chocolate? I called this location 6xs before someone picked up.. when she did, of course she mad cause the phone probably ringing off the hook I told her what happen and said I wanted a refund but she said ok and we’ll just remake it when you coming to get it..SHE OFFERED THE FREE DRINK. I said next day and thank you ..She took my name. —not sure who was on the phoneNEXT DAY… I came back and gave my name. The “manager” -chick with red dookie braids. I assume cause she was walking and talking aggressively to everyone.. Yelled “the refund already done it’s in the office”.. (no eye contact she yelling with her back turned) a cashier comes back with $5 and says here you go. I said where the drink. The “ manager” yells “I thought it was a refund” with the most nasty, smug-rude tone. And I said replied.. girl on the phone said refund and she’ll remake the drink.. she didn’t respond. I guess her attitude was the queue to the team to remake that drink cause they did .. and it’s sad if the people who work there have to deal with a manger that has a stick up her behind.. over some coffee and doughnuts.I still even placed an order and paid for something else. While I was waiting for my food, the manger gave me the most smug look like she was mad I expect a refund a free coffee. I don’t need this negativity before work. This ain’t the first time I came here and someone had a nasty attitude but at least my order was right!!!! Won’t be back, I pass like 4 locations to get to work..
