They must have been short staffed on 10/28. The wait was an hour and a half to order. They ran out of burgers. The boneless wings was not enjoyable.

Took over 90 mins for a premade terrible meal. This entire park sucks. Half the places are closed, but still charge full price. The employees are all very friendly though despite all the customers complaining.

Long wait lines (literally waited for almost two hours), very understaffed, can’t handle mobile and in person orders at all (why even have mobile on?), bland food that’s so underwhelming! The owner and Six Flags should be ashamed of having their employees working under those conditions and charging almost $20+ per meal. Such a greedy establishment; Do NOT go here…at all!

It was the first time I use this restaurant, I ordered grilled chicken sandwich combo and cheeseburgers with the salad.The only thing I like is how fast to make the order, other than that I do not recommend this place.The front desk they receive the order seems to have a difficult time as you can tell they do not show passion to serve in the restaurant, also the line at the back they do not carry the order correctly that cause a delay in serving customers.The area not clean when I visited the restaurant and the beverage machine dose not work.This is my own experience in this place.

Do NOT get a salad. It was slimy and gross and the chicken was hard and dry and the bacon bits were in a solid mass of bacon grease.The fries were mushy and gross.The service was awful. Didn't offer any sauce or dressings. Had to go back and ask.She knew there was no ice in the machine but let everyone try and then have to come back and ask her for their drinks.Couldn't even eat it. Waste of $35 bucks. Hope I don't get food poisoning from the couple bites I took.Tables were sticky and covered in flies.Avoid this one.

Terrible service. They move at a slow pace and don't care for any one's time. They are very rude and whoever manages this place needs to get ahold of their co-workers. This was a terrible experience and I wouldn't not recommend this to anyway. If I was not forced to rate this place a 1 star and I would have rated it a -0 and that's impossible, that's how bad it is. -Tyson

This restaurant has been my go-to at Six Flags Over Georgia for longer than I can remember. I've also had a hunch about it for a while now, the way you receive your food is okay, but for the past few years it has caused problems several times. From mix-ups with others to waiting for over 40 minutes, that's right, 40! And wrong orders to top it all off. The way that you recieve the food isn't by a worker coming to your table and serving it. Nope, you have to wait at a counter, and hope that they didn't get your order wrong so you didn't mix it up with another person's. Overall, great food, and great atmosphere, and okay workers, but also that problem. So all in all, definitely recommend the place. But, if you have a big family, then.... well it might cause more of a hassle.

Meh. It's pretty much impossible to have a good meal experience at Six Flags because of the grumpy staff. I got the Honey BBQ Wings, and they were good but they had SO MUCH SAUCE that it was just not too enjoyable to eat and ruined the fries too. Good for theme park food but that sauce was too much. The line moved very slow and all the workers were yelling at each other and arguing with customers. Please get these poor employees new management. Food took about 5 minutes but it was very unclear on where to stand to wait for food because there was kind of just chaos on both sides of the counter.

I waited in line for an hour and 15 minutes before ordering and another 45 minutes before receiving my food. I have no idea why it took so long, as the restaurant seemed to have plenty of staff. When I did get my burger, it was overcooked, and the fries were cold.

Unfortunately Six Flags doesn’t let you bring food in. Food takes 30 minutes from order and isn’t good. No ketchup available. The order doesn’t even go to the cook. They just keep asking random people what they ordered and cook random items.

This place and their employees are THE WORST! There were two people in front of us and we still stood in line for 40 mins waiting to order. Their cook line window is right behind the registers and one of their "cooks" was eating food AS SHE WAS COOKING! she didn't have gloves on and stood there eating boneless wings, LICKING THE SAUCE OFF OF HER BARE FINGERS while continuing to cook customers food! After and hour of waiting to order and getting our food it was not cooked thoroughly! I gave one star because I had to! Management needs to intervene bc this place has several health dept violations!!!
