If you order over the phone, DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU SEE IT! Do not trust the management team. They will lie to you. I did not accept the food and was promised my refund. 3 days later, still no refund. My next step is making a credit card dispute. This complaint is ONLY speaking about the Management Team. The wait staff had more customer service skills then the manager I had to deal with on that day.

I was at this location for dinner with my husband, they brought us the lobster poorly cooked, so much so that I couldn't even split it, my husband ordered some shrimp and had to remind the waitress a while later to bring it to him, it's not the first Once we have a bad experience at this place, we will definitely not return.

I previously rated the Cartersville location low, but my family wanted to go for Lobster fest. So we went to the Austell location. They definitely made up for Cartersville lack of flavor. Everyone loved their food! The salmon with shrimp on top, shrimp alfredo, crab legs, Lobster, and fried shrimp were all very good. And of course, the biscuits are always a hit

I took me and my family out and this was the best Red Lobsters I’ve been to in the state of Georgia service was quick food was cooked well I want to give a shout out to the cooks ? Everything was hot when it came out to me the server Tammy was so awesome. she made sure me, and my family had everything we needed never stayed too long, gone from the table and had a very good personality. Five stars just to her and let me mention Miss Lynn, the host as soon as I came in she made me feel comfortable and welcome with the big smile on her face last but not least the awesome Corey management was very Polite and nice.

We had an amazing night here. Our server Tammy was very polite and helpful with choosing our meals. We normally eat at a different red lobster and wanted to try this one. This is our new favorite spot thanks to Tammy. The food was hot and fresh and the service was excellent!
I don’t write reviews, but my girl said I should because I had such a good experience. So, I gotta tell you about this awesome server, Tammy, I had recently. She was top-notch, man. I mean, she kept my drink filled up without me even having to ask. And let me tell you, I drink a lot, so that was a big deal for me.But that's not all. She nailed our entire order, no hiccups whatsoever. It's like she had a sixth sense or something. And she did it all with a smile and a great attitude. I love servers like that, you know? They just know how to do their thing and make your meal smooth as butter.Seriously, in the recent sea of so-so service, she was a breath of fresh air. Props to her for making my Red Lobster experience not just about the food, but about the whole vibe. She's the kind of server that keeps you coming back for more.
