My experience here lately at this location has been less than ideal. 11:00am - 11:30amUsually I stopped by the drive-thru to get some chicken before I go to work. However the last 4 times I have pulled up to the drive-thru window no one has been in line and I have been asked to wait more than two or three minutes in the last month.This time I decided to go inside and it took them over 10 minutes to cook my food. Clean place inside and out. Food and atmosphere all feels like a Zaxby's. Overall the experience is good but nothing stands out. The service is a hit or miss where it will be outstanding or horrible. The wait time inside or in the drive thru is equivalent to a doctor's office where you contemplate a lot of life choices because the establishment gave you the time to do so. I went thru the drive thru & ordered 3 salads.(2Cobbs). One was the "asian" salad with an egg roll. That salad was not as tasty as advertised. Teriyaki sauce on a salad is just gross. I did not like it. Egg rolls were a soggy mess. Cobb salads were delicious and on point. But some people may like that type of salad. It's just not for me.
