Ordered over the app, a whopper with cheese, 8-piece cheese sticks and 2 marinara packets. They had me pull up in the line twice, I waited 15 minutes, then by the time I got my food it was cold with no sign of the marinara.

This burger King is awful my friend and I got a burger with no cheese cause he is lactose intolerant and when he nicely walked back in to ask for them to fix it the lady started running her mouth instead of just fixing it. The 3 orders of chicken fries were absolutely cold barely edible. Will not return here or recommend to anyone!
The employees I dealt with could not be more incompetent, or rude. I had an online order. The lady at the speaker could not seem to grasp that. Then when I got to the window my drinks were basically thrown to me. I was then pulled up, where there was already a vehicle they'd apparently forgotten was there. When I finally got my food, part of it was cold and the fries were mushy.

Me and my wife bought 2 chicken sandwiches and they were horrible. It tasted very old, like they fried it 2 days ago and refry it again. It was saturated in oil and very hard to chew.

My family and I went in for dinner and quickly regretted our decision. While taking our order the employee was rude and rushed us. When we got to the window the employees were snickering and making comments talking about myself and my daughter saying we look like rats. When the employee at the window gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up she slammed the window and they continued to laugh and carry on with there conversations. We waited about 5minutes for our food and when it was brought to us the girl couldn’t even come to the window. She stood behind the driver side and stretched her hand out to give me the food. This experience was less than desirable. I’ve never had such horrible customer service.
