I really do like stopping in and Shane's rib shack. I like this location and the staff. They're always friendly.. However, the last time we were there, everyone was MIA. It took ten minutes to get it to go box after we were finished
Shout out to the Manager Ashten. She was fabulous. I had a bad experience/food once and was given a free meal card! I had a great experience/meal today thanks to a new manager and cook!!! I had the chicken tenders and fries meal, I highly recommend it!! I’ll be back???????

Three stars because the girl at the front counter was friendly. Mac and cheese was cold and tasted like the Mac and cheese they serve you in a high school cafeteria. Chicken tenders were tough and chewy. Shredded chicken was *okay*. Ribs were good and buffalo chicken fries were decent. Floors and tables are all sticky. Was down to try it once, probably won’t go again.
