Visiting in Macclenny last week and went to store #2716 I believe it was. Started my takeout order and was distracted by a very rude person working there. Attention was taken away from ordering customers by the rude behavior. Her name was Jennifer, I asked another employee. Unacceptable in a service that is people driven. But our food was good.

Best Subway in surrounding counties. After a workout at Fit Life, it’s a blessing to have this Subway around the corner for a post workout meal. The staff are friendly, awesome customer service and tasty food :)

Twice in a row we ordered through website, both times order was wrong in some way (first time just wrong bread and had put hot peppers on wrong sandwich, second time they completely swapped the requested toppings on two sandwiches)Sandwiches were not toasted on either occasion, and somehow were a soggy mess only 5-10 minutes after receiving them - one only had mayo on it and the other was supposed to just have mayo and a very small amount of oil and vinegar an order that turned out fine before, so not sure what happened, also I guess maybe the toaster is still down, wasn't aware of that until I saw other reviews mentioning it.Also, not sure if they seasoned them with salt and pepper at all or if there is something going on with the vegetables but the exact same subs with the exact same requested toppings (the ones that they made without messing up at least) seem to have very little taste or taste off from what they had in the past.It's awful because this location used to be great and I always looked forward to eating there, then I go without eating there for around 4 years (money got tight for awhile) and it is as if it is a totally different restaurant.
