Ordered from this location on Super Bowl Sunday using a later time for pick up. The app said no timing orders that day, so I ordered and went immediately to pick up my order. Upon arrival was informed my order would not be ready until 2 hrs later (the original time I requested pick up). There was a disconnect in the app saying no timing orders and what was actually transmitted in the system..., either way, the GM was there and prepped my order immediately. I appreciate the service!!

This store in blue ridge always does an awesome job.
Arrived to our rental cabin about 15 minutes from the store late on a Saturday night and ordered 2 pizzas and some bread bites at 6:30. Didn't get a notification that pizzas were finished until 7:15 when it said eta was 45 minutes. After sitting there for 45 minutes, the pizzas finally left the store at 8 and arrived at our house at 8:30. 2 hours for 2 pizzas is ridiculous. When I tried to call the store they couldn't even put me on with a real person at the store, only spoke to about 6 different robots.

zero stars my friend had someone close to her pass away we wanted to order a pizza for her with instructions they never answered the phone two phone calls and picked up once to transfer me so 45 mins later still on hold and now it's too late for hr did net!!! never ordering again poor customer service!!!
