The pizzas I recently ordered were hot and fresh. They were well made with generous toppings evenly distributed on the pizza (not just a little pile in the center of the pie). I would recommend this pizza to friends and family, and I would specifically recommend the Pizza Hut in Blue Ridge, Georgia. I actually ordered two pizzas because there's an excellent deal for ordering online (I prefer that vs. using yet another app on my phone). If Pizza Hut were to have a review section on their website, I would give Blue Ridge Pizza Hut 5 stars out of 5 based on my most recent orders.
I never knew about this location, the woman at the window was kind.

Horrible customer service. Upon walking in and waiting to be seated. Not one employee made any attempt to recognize that we were standing and waiting to be seated. We waited 10 mins in a not busy restaurant. After finally flagging down a blonde heavyset waitress, and asking her if we seat ourselves, all that we got was a "no wait to be seated" not even a"how are you today" or "welcome to pizza hut" or "please wait to be seated "....the waitress looked and acted very lazy...we are locals and property managers in blueridge and will not be returning, there are PLENTY of better pizza places within a block of this place that will treat you better...we will be sure to let all of our guests know about our pizza hut experience...cheers

Exactly what you would expect. Fast service, hot and yummy!
Any food we get is always delicious and the right temperature. We have only had excellent customer service. The drivers are always friendly, polite, and courteous.We've tried a few competitors in the past, but Pizza Hut is the only one we will order from now.
I haven’t seen an old fashioned, dine-in Pizza Hut in ages. The gentleman working the take out area was incredible. So polite and friendly, despite a lobby full of customers. Picked up a pie and was out in 15 minutes, when others in town were on a 1.5 hour wait and were less than friendly. Give that man a raise!

I called tonight to order several pizzas and did not get a direct line to the blueridge store.. tried several times and went to a third party.. the last girl I spoke with I asked to get to the actual blueridge store. She claimed she tried to connect me but said store was busy. So she came back on line with her Indian accent and swore she was at the blueridge store.. she lied and called us rude... the pizzas are more expensive when you get this service and last time I ordered and realized what was going on and that I was paying more for my order I asked them to cancel my order and they did not.. I am so disappointed that this is how you run your business as a local all my life here in blueridge.

We love this small town Pizza Hut. We got a medium pepperoni and sausage with thin crust. It was free because we have the AP. When we come to our cabin we usually stop by at least once while in town.
