The lady before me had to "ask" for a bag for her sandwiches and chips. I ordered a salad and was not offered a bag or utensils until I asked. When I said something, both employees just smiled at each other. This is not good customer service.

The store in Blue Ridge, Georgia is the worse subway there is! I have been very disappointed. At least the last three times I have gone they are out of everything you want! The meat and the toppings are always out. The people that are serving you are very nice, apologizing for it! Thank you.

Used to go in here everyday for lunch at work and once I found out that the bread is not actually bread I quit eating there when I want a good nice expensive fake sandwich I'll step on by but I never been in there in like 20 years so........

Dont order on their APP ! I placed a order and the site locked up on the payment screen, but my credit card was charged. went to pick up my order and no sign of it at the store ! then you cant even find a number to call them to get it straightened out. and then try to go through their useless website. entered store number (even though this wasn't the stores fault) and it says invalid store number. went through the lookup and it put in the EXACT store number I did. i'm out $12 but they will never get my business again !!!!!

Last two times got sandwiches bread was crispy dry not enough meat and sauce. Couldn't eat plus ordered a chicken teriyaki got a Philisteak.

First time eating at this subway. Roomy and clean restaurant. Food was amazing and bread was fresh. Downside was the long wait as they would prep multiple sandwiches but the employee that was to finish making them was the cashier and once he could come over he would finish dressing the sandwich. At one time there were 9 sandwiches started waiting to be dressed. He would dress one and the. Ring that person up and then move to the next. Recommend not starting more than 2 or 3 orders without finishing them. Just backed up the process. Waiting almost 30 min in line.

Will never go there again. 14$ for a six inch sub w/ chips and a soda. Not sustainable. Done with subway. Sandwich shops opening here with superior ingredients and about 25% less price point. Subway will die here and it should.

I placed an online order just when I was walking in because in several occasions, they have messed up my order. When I walked in, there was only one costumer in front of me. So when it was my turn, they had already received my order. I explained the order that just came it was mine. There was a blonde lady that ordered me to sit down and wait for my order. I explained to her I was going to wait there because in several occasions, they had my order messed up. In few minutes, there were 3 more costumers behind me she basically didn't care. She made me wait and ordered her coworker to take care of the next 3 customers that were behind me and then take of my order. Finally, when there were was nobody else there, they were able to make my order. I was a loyal customer. But if this the way they treat customers, I can go somewhere else. This happened Monday August 7, 2023 around 12:30pm.

took way too long, employees not professional at all just goofing around, and i’ve worked at subway and i know there’s no way you forget the meat that’s the first to go on… tell me why i have no meat on my sandwich just lettuce and chipotle sauce on a hotshot Italiano???? there’s no way you forget the meet they just thought they could be lazy with online orders??? likes it’s toasted and everything…..

I come into this subway very frequently, and today was the worst experience ive ever had with them. I have worked in waitressing and restaraunts myself, so i completely understand being understaffed. When i usually visit there is usually only ONE PERSON doing all of the jobs, but she always seems fine by herself. Today when i went in they had her and another employee as well, and 5 of us walked in at the same time and one of the girls walks straight to the back for 20-25 minutes leaving the girl who was apparently being trained alone at the front by herself. It took this girl over 20-30 minutes to make 3-4 sandwiches and still hadent taken my order after 30 minutes of waiting in line.After waiting 45 minutes for a wrap to be made, I called both employees out for the amount of time I had been standing there when there was only 2 people in front of me. The girl did NOT apologize, just an excuse with a raised tone explaining that everyone there but HER was in training but she was in the back for 20-25 minutes leaving the new girl at the front by herself? Then pretty much tells me I can apply if i have a problem. Theres absolutely no way I will ever spend another penny at BLUE RIDGE SUBWAY. Not to mention they gave me no discount or anything for that matter for me being upset and mad and calling them out.... Ive never seen such incompetence and attitude about making sandwiches lol. please close this subway down
