My daughter and I stopped in while shopping in downtown. She had a lucky charms cookie and I had a chocolate chip cookie. They were both delicious and they girls behind the counter were very nice.

Called to order a cupcake arrangement for my friends bachelorette party! Brandi has been extremely accommodating, going as far as sending me a mock up of what the arrangement should look like as well as going above and beyond at getting back to me with any questions I have! I’m sure the cupcakes are going to be great, but the service is amazing!

My family and I visited The sweet shop yesterday for my sons 15th Birthday we traveled from Florida and thought this would be a cool spot to visit while we are in Blue Ridge, the lady attending us was helpful it was the lady behind the register who was impatient and downright rude, she came to the woman that was attending us and rudely got involved rushing us out of the line so I wasn’t able to get all the goodies we wanted, she then made a statement saying God have mercy on our bank account for buying their products I spent $50 on goodies which wasn’t bad, we were eager to grab a barstool and dig in she told us we couldn’t eat inside of their store after she had let another couple sit down and eat their goodies. We were extremely confused it felt segregated in the shop. We come from Florida where it is completely diverse and I work at Disney Springs where customer service is everything, the customer service was terrible but the treats were good. I would never visit again with my family

We ordered custom galaxy cupcakes for our small, Star Wars themed, wedding and they turned out great! All of our family loved them. It was very easy to place this custom catering order and I appreciated that we weren't charged a super expensive price for a custom order. Highly recommend working with The Sweet Shoppe!

The worst cupcake I have had in my life. Definitely not worth the 3.25 I paid for. It was small and stale. I was very disappointed. My husband got the 7.00 cheesecake and said it was just ok, but he eats anything. We don’t mind paying for something if it is worth the money. This makes twice we have tried this place and both times was disappointing. We will not be back.

I recently ordered 2 dozen cupcakes online for my honey's birthday celebration with friends while we vacationed in Blue Ridge and they were delicious! We ordered a dozen red velvet and another southern assorted dozen! My favorite was the one with the strawberry icing! The icing was light, fluffy, and tasty! You will love them! Just order!

If you are looking for sweets and treats well we definitely found it here. This shop located right in downtown Blue Ridge is a great place to stop and rest, have a coffee or espresso and try to choose from all the delicious treats. This is counter service ( think donut shop) with a back counter top to sit out. So not the most leisurely coffee experience. Based on how the line ropes were set up, I would assume this place gets packed and we noticed quite a bit of pick up orders too. We did try one of their award winning cupcakes, carrot cake flavor, it was fabulous, moist and just yummy. I will say probably one of the best I have had. We also ordered a petite day old cake, it tasted good but was a dry vanilla cake so really can't tell you in all fairness about the cakes.

We went here because we wanted hot chocolate because it was very cold and windy that day. Also cool to go into a an award winning shop! The Hot chocolate was superb! Some of the creamiest hot chocolate I think I’ve ever had! Although I didn’t get anything else I bet it was just as good if not better than the hot chocolate! If you have a sweet tooth this is the perfect lace to go! Will not disappoint. Overall, great place.
