Went and ordered chicken it was completely raw!!! The manager just wanted to fight and would only refund the chicken health department will be notified.

Signs posted say open at 6am. Arrived at 6:20am, the dining room was closed and supply truck was parked with his ramp over the drive thru. No way to order.

Just needed a quick sandwich was starving. It did not disappoint, yummy
0 stars. I use to work here a few years back and i worked with the lady who served me today. emily wright. She was extremely rude. She tells me that you guys dont do baconator fries on the biggie bag no more. even tho ive done that a million times. she says that wendys doesnt make money from that!? even tho when ive gotten receipts in the past they definitely upcharge for the baconator fries!!! so i say that and she says “ yeah it doesnt upcharge you”?!? gave me diet coke instead of dr pepper. both drinks were no ice and she had ice in both. after she forgot to give me my drinks to begin with. she was on window 2 today at 11:25. fries were cold drinks wrong but sandwich was great. Overall poor experience and my wife isnt happy either. when i worked there there was a much higher expectation and its not being met today.

Don’t order here if you have limited time ! Waited for 20 minutes for a drive thru order ! Only 3 cars in queue. I had to go in and ask time frame and they told me 15 more minutes. So 35 minutes for a SALAD A SINGULAR SALAD. My lunch break was only 45 minutes so I had to leave with no food and when I asked for refund they said it wasn’t their problem

You sit in drive thru tenty minutes or longer even if your the only one there. It is the worst service I have ever seen.its not just one time it's been Everytime there. Need to hire some people who want to Steve the public. Dave sure would turn over in his grave if he knew how it was being run.
