Had to wait 15 minutes for my food after all my friends were served (we ordered at the same time). Despite the long wait my food was still cold so I’m not sure what they were doing back there but the employees were very lackluster and seemed not to be focused on their tasks at hand. I also heard the workers talking aggressively when taking orders - most likely annoyed that someone was taking them away from their paid relaxation time. If I could leave zero stars I would. I will not deny that I have had some bad Zaxby’s experiences in the past but I will remember this one for many years to come. Will NOT be returning!

Came at 10:30, sign says it opens at 10:30. They were in no way ready to serve customers. Door still locked, drive through still had cones up.Cashier, Destiny?, had no customer service skills at all. Put order in wrong. No eye contact, acted like she hated her job and was rude. Overall we hadn't had a terrible experience before, but today was an exception.

This location is unacceptably slow almost every time I’m here. I’ve currently been waiting 20 minutes for my food and there are multiple people who ordered ahead of me still waiting. The kitchen is staffed but there is no sense of urgency.

The staff are too incompetent to give us what we ordered everytime we go there, then gives an attitude when we ask to get it fixed. Nobody wants yalls nasty zax sauce stop putting it in my bag when I cleary said

Almost every single time something is wrong. Either the mess up the Togo order as a dine in, they forget the sauce, i get a drink with a broken cup, and they forget things, they mess up my order, they charge me for extra sauce and get not sauce, etc.

Probably had my last meal at this place last weekend. $28 for 10 wings, one chicken salad, and a bad attitude from the drive-thru staff. Owner/manager: I get that finding talent is difficult, but that is no excuse for poor customer service training. You are on notice that people will not put up with bad customer service for so called "convenience".
