They need some extra help or something. Last time I went I waited about 30 min for one sandwich. And my boyfriend just went and he put his order in at 12:17 and didn’t get it until about 12:54. I understand lunch time is busy busy that’s crazy long wait times.

If you want a really good sandwich, go here!! I love their Reuben Sandwiches ? I usually add pastrami and extra sauerkraut to mine.. it's comes out so delicious. Staff is very friendly! Just moved to town recently and we love going here.

We wanted a light lunch after shopping and decided to stop at McAlister’s.Service was quick and friendly and it was not super busy. There is plenty of seating and it was clean.The cashier recommend the Memphian for my son (he doesn’t like condiments or a lot of extras on his sub and few changes were needed). I got the Pecan salad and hubby got the Grilled chicken salad. We also got a chipotle chicken and bacon spud. The potato was actually two potatoes and more than enough for all of us. I will say they should put a little more toppings as we had a lot of leftover potato to take home and no toppings to go with it.We all enjoyed the food and have even went back to try different menu items since our first visit.

My husband and I ordered lunch here today and mine was terrible. The potato soup had no flavor and the potatoes were hard. The chicken club had 2 small piece is deli chicken (it was described as grilled chicken) and one small piece of bacon. Certainly not worth the price paid. Disappointed.
