Do not bother going here after 8:30PM!!!! They like to pack up all their sauces before they close leaving you with food with no sauce. I would understand doing some cleaning before closing but not putting away food items for the night when you have a kind of customers inside and in drive thru.

After a disaster pick up order, including missing the meat on my bowl, chips that bend and not snap, every persons item made wrong. The manager went above and beyond to correct the mistake. Thank you Tae for fixing the issues, remaking a great meal and making the process easy to get corrected by pulling my order so I didn’t have to repeat the whole thing.

Decent but they forget things in on my order on occasion. And nearly every time I come thru the drive thru, I’m asked if I want to leave a tip ?I’m used to giving tips when a waiter/driver does something to earn it, not out of compulsion…no offense

Worst Moe's experience ever. Third such visit to the Highway 96 location. It will be the last. Place was filthy. Crew was unmotivated. One employee leaning with both arms on food preparation surface. Cashier sitting on plastic tubs of chips sipping a drink when not at register asking for a tip. Awful. The picture is the Homewrecker Bowl. It is pawltry on ingredients and no guacamole (never offered because they didn't really act like they wanted to work there.

Went to order and the worker was making fun of my grandma because she looked funny, I badly wanted to confront her but wasn’t trying to make and scene and just wanted good food. Poor service FREEZING COLD food. I saw on tik tok that Moes was supposed to be pretty good. The bad part about it is the flavor was there but the food was so cold it was ridiculous. Like they took it out the fridge and handed to us. And the Birria tacos were smaller than Taco Bell. The girl at the window told me the total and nothing else. No Hi, no thank you, have a nice day nothing.

Today is 1-22-24 I went to Moe’s and got the stack and I just get nothing I asked for but I got everything I didn’t want on it then I called the store and then they told me I didn’t have a manager there I will never go back there just a waste of money and the guys that work there didn’t have on hair nets and they all had long hair just sorry

Ordered at the drive through and waited about 20 minutes while we just sat and watched every employee walk by do about everything but make our food. Had an attitude everytime they came by and we asked about our order.

We had our typical very good experience at Moe's. The food was good. The portions are excellent such that we actually split a bowl. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.Parking: The parking is free but the restaurant is in a strip mall with multiple demands on available spaces.
