My family and I were really excited to go to Longhorn for dinner, but boy, were we let down. We've been going there for ages, but this time was a big letdown.First off, we waited forever for our food—like, over 45 minutes. And when it finally came, it wasn't even what we ordered. So frustrating!Our server was kinda gross, too. They kept playing with their hair while they were talking to us, and we even found some of it in our drinks and bread. Yuck!Plus, they were nowhere to be found when we needed them. We caught them hanging out at the bar-tops, eating with their buddies instead of taking care of their tables. Not cool!By the end of the night, we were so fed up that we just asked for the bill. We were hoping they'd maybe comp something since everything was so messed up, but nope. We left a pretty lousy tip—only 15% when we usually tip way more.It's a shame 'cause we used to love going to Longhorn, but after this experience, we're not sure we'll be back anytime soon.

The lamb chops were fantastic ?opted out for the tomatoes based sauce, pork chops, which were tenderloins with no bone in were good, and salmon was prepared to order. We all enjoyed our orders. Sides were good as well.

The steak was a lil over cooked, my potato was a bit cold,..and even though it didn't bother me , .. they went out of their way to make my experience top notch , my hats off to the staff and servers they all treated their customers as they were special , ya can't say that about alot of places, top notch service with a smile and flavor to boot...I'll be back when you least expect it, see ya then..Oh...dont forget to order a chocolate stamped , you will definitely not be disappointed thereAt $11 for this huge mound of deliciousness, it's more a 2-person dessert, but my experience says ..mine mine get your own..lol..nah better not, you'll hurt yourself , just try it , you'll not be disappointed

We took my mother here for her birthday. When we got there, the restaurant was so dark on the inside we could barely see. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to see the menu and then it took them about 12-15 minutes just to get our drinks. Then a few minutes later our order was taken. We both ordered the outlaw steak, both well done. It took over half an hour to get our main course after our order was placed. One of the steaks was cooked correctly, one wasn't. It was barely warm and was pink in the middle. Definitely not what we ordered. The fries were about the same way. I asked for a manager and got a bill instead with no manager ever coming to my table.This will be the first and last trip we make to a longhorns establishment.There are way too many other places with good steaks for similar pricing with much better experiences.

I travel for a living so I'm in quite a bunch of different cities and states and provinces and all that and longhorn has become my classic go to restaurant let alone. Who won the restaurant was fully staffed on a Sunday night and the restaurant was full there was a buzz in the restaurant the staff was spectacular they did their jobs quickly the food is always consistent at a LongHorn steakhouse I only wish they would come back and bring back and after talking to a manager a few years ago they did away with it because of covid which is understandable but I have the New York strip all the time always good always consistent always cooked properly so this place just exemplifies of what a good choice a LongHorn steakhouse for anyone for anyone and the diversity of the menu from appetizers to grilled seafood all those kinds of things is spectacular
