The best sushi I have had since we moved here from downtown Atlanta. The only thing I would have to say is that they should chill most of their offerings. No one likes warm seafood (unless it's meant to be warm). The staff is always friendly and professional.
Great new option for the Braselton area. Good ramen, sushi, and other stuff. It was nice. Will return. Staff was thin and always running around so that’s the ding in service. Overall pretty decent.

I moved from Omaha NE after retiring from the USAF. I had a regular Sushi place (Hutong) I went to. After I moved, I was becoming discouraged I wouldn't find a place that was as good as my regular in Omaha. Then Umami opened up and I have been back at least 5 times. Plus side is it is only like a 4 mile drive from my house. Food is great, so far every waiter and waitress has been friendly and quick.
