Customer service from Ms. Frederick and Ms. Jan was phenomenal...There was an issue with my phone number being wrong in the system for my rewards, and they went above and beyond while waiting on a manager to find the issue and fix it before the manager had time to get to the front...Also, Mr. Fred even helped me take my order to my car...not to mention the food was great too!!! Awesome job Cracker Barrel!!!

Hadn’t been to a cracker barrel in a long time. Finally went back a few days ago with my family and I was very pleased and impressed. Our waitress, Dixie, was so pleasant and kind. She gave me and my family the absolute best service we’d gotten in a while. Always asked if we needed anything. She was going above and beyond to give the absolute best experience she could. Not just to me and my family, but to all the other patrons under her care. The food was delicious as well....read full review
