Enjoy a great chicken sandwich meal inside the brand new modern restaurant. The food was served warm and fresh. The chicken fillet was on the small side compared to what I am used to. I left hungry and craving for more.Parking: Many restaurants with small parking lot makes it stressful to find parking.

The restroom is not accessible for wheelchairs in this location the stall is large but it needs a sink inside the handicap stall so wheelchairs can wash their hands easilyI have an example video of the one In satiate blvd Duluth ga it has the sink in handicap stall for accessibility for the restroom

Had a rude employee experience when I asked for the bathroom code. He walked me to the bathroom door and entered the code and said the code in a condescending very slow voice like I was a child. All I asked for was the code since the bathrooms are locked. And the water faucet in the bathroom for whatever reason runs for over 10 seconds after you remove your hands. I don’t get how it’s a brand new location. Defeats the purpose of a smart no-touch faucet if it doesn’t even work. They must be wasting a few hundred gallons of water a month at minimum.

never house the online ordering system unless you have the app and are actually signed in. paying as guest in a mobile browser will NOT save your order. AFTER I paid I tried to mark that I was at the store for pick up, but the page refreshed and I was unable to click the final button. Then they weren't able to see my order on their end. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to wait more than the 10 minutes I was there. So I left without the food I had already paid for.That said, I usually love going to this location. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant is ALWAYS clean.

Waited till this location worked out it’s opening ‘kinks’ before writing a review.Food quality fluctuates between good and bad quite frequently. Not something I associate with Chik-Fil-A.Service is almost always bad. Food Expo is slow, and no one behind the counter seems to know what they’re doing. My significant other also had a bad experience with a ‘manager’.When it’s good, this place is great. Unfortunately that’s not the case 90% of the time.
