I wish 6 stars was available. Tarra in the catering department is always on top of everything. After my first time ordering catering for my office, I will call to transfer my order over to delivery and when she picks up, she already knows it is me calling and already has everything set up and ready to go. This is a great location to order catering from.

This is a very good grocery store. Plenty of parking. Plenty of carts that run smooth. Affordable prices. They have a large deli section and I pretty big sized bakery. I got pastries and they are delicious. They have some nice frozen meals. Large wine selection in the back corner. Plenty of cashiers to help you check out. The staff is extremely friendly. I will return.

This Publix is full of attitude. They make 30 people wait in the line for the self checkout while only having one regular checkout lane open. There were 10 lanes that were closed and dozens of employees milling about not doing a damned thing. I went to the customer service area to get checked out as I only had four items and the queen at the register told me to go wait in the massive line. Publix executives: you would sh$t yourselves if you snuck into this location. Everyone at the deli is awesome. Everyone else sucks. Get your sh$t together Publix!!! This is the second garbage location in Atlanta Georgia. Is this becoming a trend?!?

Don't order a sub from here because it's going to be messed up and you're not going to get it on time if you place it online. It's so sad how Andre making the subs in the back can't read the receipt and put the correct condiments on the bread with his thick ass glasses. Already messed up my subs 3 times hope he gets transferred to a different department because my god i've never met somebody that didn't know how to make a sandwich, what a shame

Kinda gross. Really wanted a sandwich. People making them weren't customer friendly and kinda unkempt. Guy who made mine has his beard poking out the net. Sandwich bar wasn't clean. Took long time to help people. Girl working at hot food bar chose to stick while two people waited. They walked away. Just no good. Sandwich is all stuffing no meat.

They're prices higher on almost everything. Some items I can get the same thing, but organic at Kroger for less.

I'm at this location multiple times a week. Yesterday bought cheese. Upon opening it I was met with green mold. Product was NOT expired. Returned it and went back to get a different brand. Price was $5.99 went to the register and it rang up as $7.99. This location is normally on point, something has definitely changed here. Staff not happy.

My friend was adamant that since I had never had a "pub sub" before that we stop in and get a sandwich. I was indecisive, but Andre really stepped up and asked what I liked and said to trust him and he'd make the best sandwich ever. He took his time, walked over to the baking rack to get me a fresh loaf of bread, toasted the sandwich just enough to melt the cheese, and proceeded to build what can only be called a DELICIOUS sandwich. I was extremely impressed with his dedication to his craft and even gave him a hug afterward as a thanks! Highly recommend, the customer service was GREAT!
I ordered a spinach wrap I was the first one in the store and the spinach wrap with boars head turkey. It had one sliver of turkey and to make up for the wrap not having any meat it was piled on with vegetables I felt too embarrassed to ask for extra turkey but I will never ever get that at that store again it seems as though there is a block there because every time I go after my work out to get a Spanish wrap from that particular store they are stingy on the turkey and they seem to have an attitude when I come and ask for the Spinach wrap. so I will be going to the new Publix and Chamblee and avoiding that store altogether

Dude this sucks, you telling me I have to wait a half an hour just for one sub, ONE SUB, I worked at customer service before, I dont understand why you cant make the online orders first or have more people worked at that station, this sucks

I like this Publix location. The produce is always fresh, the inventory is replenished often and there is plenty of parking. The only bad thing is they tend to run out of prepared food often (ie. grilled chicken, salmon, sandwiches).

I was surprised to find a Publix on the Southside. Always having to drive north to decent shopping, it's great that this top notch grocery store is so close! Good quality is well worth the extra expense and you get what you pay for so go ahead and enjoy nice quality food!
