We ordered food via the website at 09:15pm hrs with a pickup time of 10-10:15pm and when we went to get the food, they advised us that the kitchen had been closed for 1hr and they didn't make our food, however the website says they closed at 12am. The staff, with the exception of the bartender, were not helpful or apologetic. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. We will NEVER patronize this place again.

BLEACH IN THE SOAP DISPENSER! I can’t recommend this place to anyone! I’m giving this a 1 star review because of the safety concerns and customer service I received. I went to the restroom. As I washed my hands I noticed a bleach smell. As I look down at my shirt I noticed bleach stains all over the bottom of my shirt. I told the manager and showed her my completely ruined shirt. After about 5 min with no follow-up, I asked for the manager. When she comes to me she says “yeah sorry I wish there was something we could do”. She offered me nothing for the shirt and experience that was completely ruined. She said nothing of the major safety issue that having BLEACH in bathroom soap dispenser would cause. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Aside from the bad customer service I would be concerned for anyone’s safety. Especially children.
