I wanted to like this place. I ordered The One Sushi roll, it should be called The One Mushi roll, basically it is a California roll with chopped up shrimp and bay scallop pieces (not the whole bay scallop) big pieces of white onion and canned mushrooms. Not appetizing to look at or eat. The calamari was not tempura yet more frozen out of a box. Wasted $35. Ordered on Ubereats wish I didnt.

It's been a long time...I've missed you all.Stopped by The One while taking care of a Honey-Do list that involved stomping around near where we previously lived. Impromptu date day with the missus.We had the Chanel Replica and Double Decker Rolls with Shrimp Fried Rice.I enjoyed the "Dive In" Cocktail with my lunch and present company.We came during lunch and it wasn't packed. Thr food was delicious, our server was extremely gracious as was a woman that may be the owner/manager.The price point is one where I'd suggest you come ready with your disposable income, but everything is WELL worth the costs. Not a budget breaking experience, but you def shouldn't come here with rabbit ears.All in all, I highly recommend The One and when you stop by, tell them I sent you. They don't know me, but this is how things get better for us all.

Not only was it super delicious….but chill and nice atmosphere, awesome waiter.My bulgigi ramen was so hot and fresh, and delicious…hit the spot on this cold day.And I literally everything was super good…and I’m picky! I have been to legit places many times, and this is still top.Price is reasonable too!

This was our first visit. I've driven past this restaurant multiple times and always told myself I would go in and try their sushi. Tonight I ordered scallops teriyaki, salmon wrapped asparagus, Selfie roll, and my kid ordered the bento box. Everything tasted very good, EXCEPT for the annoying fruit flies flying over our head and food. I spoke to the waiter and they are aware of the situation. I was air swatting multiple times and not sure if the managers noticed it. I will have to remove one star for it. Until they get that under control, I probably won't be going back.

This restaurant is a delicious Japanese-Korean sushi joint in Brookhaven. I stopped by during winter and sat on the patio because I had my dog with me, but it was very warm and cozy because of the heaters. The waiters were very thoughtful and conversational & also provided water for my dog. I ordered edamame, agedashi tofu, and the hibachi-lobster-steak combo which came with white rice. Everything was delicious, especially the steak and lobster hibachi which was very juicy. The agedashi tofu warmed my soul. I didn't spend much time inside but it had a very nice and warm ambience, and there were many TVs along the bar. The bathroom was also very clean and nice. I will definitely stop by again for a drink or bites!

Seriously how and why would you take the most delicious roll on the menu and change it to what now looks like a pile of slop covered in Mayo. Here’s The new and “improved” volcano one roll….change it back immediately please and thanks.
We order from here once a week! We LOVE it! Food is always fresh and the to-go containers make you feel like you are eating inside the restaurant. Feedback: Please change the Ginger dressing back to the original one. The new one lacks in taste and appeal.

Overpriced & bland. Paid $50 for a lychee martini, bland calamari, and a 6 piece roll. Manager/owner assured me the roll would not contain imitation crab, but that was untrue. Would not recommend.

Amazing service and food every time! I've been here about 3 times over the last month and every time has been phenomenal. The staff is also extremely attentive and friendly! And the cherry blossom decor is a beautiful touch. I cant recommend this place enough!
