Sadly, late night food options are limited in my area. On occasion I will order Waffle House to go. During my last visit It , not only was I charged an additional fee because I wanted my order togo but a ketchup packet was placed inside my togo container , which I didn't notice until I was home and ready to dive into my salty Texas melt plate. #disappointed

There is no shortage of horrible, rude and mean service, sloppy nasty served food and high prices. The place is dirty and unclean. We will not give Waffle House a single penny from now until the rest of our lives!! Hope the entire Waffle House Chain / brand completely shuts down and something else takes their place!! Riffraff working at that location.

It was a busy Wednesday evening in the northern suburbs of Atlanta and I just had to get something to eat and drink and that was at waffle house. The grits scrambled eggs toast city ham and coffee were good as always. The way it just seemed like she's new and I had to ask Her for silverware and to please get me one Creamer for my coffee. Other than that I tipped both the waitress and the cook because I told him I really appreciate you and your culinary expertise.

Sometimes as we seek out the foo foo and new and we forget the food good and classics.Thank you Waffle House for reminding me this week what a great place with great food and great people you all are. Sorry no pics, I ate too fast. ?
We did not eat, my husband and I left because after waiting 10 mins no-one acknowledge us, several employees walked by looked at us and continue to do nothing. One table was open yet, it was dirty but no-one tried clearing off so we could seat. So we left. The lack of attention tells us the customer service would have been an issue. The health score is a B, says a lot as well. We won't be back, I'll take my dollars to a waffle house that wants it.
